I didn't want to exclude it from the realm of possibility. If I had the ability to create an organization Chart I could show how much competition there is to get to the top.

I suppose I just consider it to be a bit of a waste to put someone with so much medical training in a position that's essentially administrative and about planning and logistics. It could happen in extreme cases, of course.

One thing about editing. When I created the unified document, I removed the opening paragraphs, as those were more or less copies of each other. Feel free to add some kind of intro to each section. Also, if you look at the page breaks, you'll see how I did the chapter titles. I also did the same in Fallen. With the right revolting piety of tone
